Kenya Revenue Authority rolled out the Electronic Tax Invoice program commencing 1st August 2021 and has given all VAT registered taxpayers up to August 2022 to comply with the requirements. This regulations requires all VAT registered taxpayers to acquire new fully integrated ETR machines by August 2022.
